1. Agreement

By using Seedance 2.0 at aiseedance2.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Seedance 2.0 is an AI video and image generation platform. You can create videos and images from text prompts and uploaded images using our AI models.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Seedance 2.0 or purchase paid services. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You May

• Generate videos and images for personal or commercial use
• Upload content you own or have rights to use
• Download and share your generated content

You May Not

• Generate, upload, request, store, share, or distribute prohibited content described below
• Create deceptive, harmful, or misleading deepfakes or impersonations
• Upload an image, video, voice, likeness, or other material unless you own it or have all necessary rights and consent
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Circumvent safety controls, content filters, usage limits, or other protective measures
• Resell access to Seedance 2.0

Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, process, store, or distribute:

• Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, fetish content, sexual services, or other adult-oriented content intended for sexual gratification
• Sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, or content that sexualizes or depicts a real person without that person's explicit consent
• Content facilitating prostitution, escort services, trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or other illegal sexual activity
• Content that promotes or depicts illegal violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, threats, self-harm, or abuse
• Content that facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, fraud, scams, identity theft, document falsification, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, biometric, or other legal rights
• Deceptive impersonation, misinformation intended to cause harm, or content falsely presented as authentic evidence
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or instructions intended to compromise systems or personal data
• Any content or activity prohibited by applicable law, payment network rules, our payment providers, or these Terms

These restrictions apply to text prompts, uploaded files, reference materials, generated images, generated videos, account activity, and any content shared through or created with the Service.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems, manual review, and third-party safety services to evaluate prompts, uploads, and generated content. We may reject or stop generation requests, remove or restrict content, limit features, withhold access to generated results, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Attempts to evade safeguards, including through misspellings, encoded instructions, indirect requests, repeated submissions, or alternative languages, are prohibited. We may preserve relevant records and report content or activity to law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect users, third parties, or the public.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, generated content, and use of the Service comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own what you upload and what you generate.

Commercial Rights: Paid plans include commercial use rights for generated content.

Our Platform: Seedance 2.0's technology, branding, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy or modify them.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Free tier includes limited credits
• Paid plans (Lite, Pro, Ultra) offer more credits and features
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Credits are non-transferable and expire per your plan terms
• Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results meeting your specific expectations

AI-generated content may contain errors. Review all content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Seedance 2.0 from claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Content you upload or generate

12. Termination

By You: Delete your account anytime. Unused credits will be forfeited.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
